The oral (Lectures and oral contributions) session rooms (A, B and C) will be equipped with PCs working under Windows XP with MS office 2003 and Adobe Reader installed (Other operating systems won’t be available). Users of MS Office 2007 must save and bring their presentation as compatible with MS office 2003. No slide or overhead projectors will be available. The use of your own laptop will not be possible. Please, contact now the conference organization if you foresee any special requirement for your presentation.

Authors are required and asked to bring their electronic presentation in a flash memory to the technical staffs at the reviewing room from 8 h to 8:45 (morning) and from 18 h to 19 h of the day BEFORE their respective session. For Monday sessions, the speakers are asked to contact the technical staffs during the onsite registration (Sunday afternoon) in order to give them the electronic version of their talk. I would like to ask the speakers to leave at least 5 minutes of the allowed time for questions and further discussion.
