ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Please contact the Technical Secretariat at icp2009@pacifico-meetings.com  to send abstract.

You are invited to submit contributions for oral and poster presentations related to the Thematic Sessions (Click here to see the thematic sessions). You should mark no more than two thematic sessions.

Deadline for Submission of Abstracts: May 1st , 2009  

• Participants who would like to make an oral or poster presentation at the congress must submit an abstract for consideration and approval by the Scientific Committee.
• Abstracts must be submitted on line.
• No abstracts will be considered if the presenting author is not registered by May 31.
• Please note that only ONE contribution is allowed for each registered person as presenting author.
• Please note that the abstract submission form on the Web site will be not available after the deadline so that there will be no chance for late submission.

Processing

The author will receive an automatic confirmation that the abstract has been uploaded and the procedure finalized.
Acceptance as an oral presentation will be communicated by e-mail  the 18th of May. The accepted contributors will appear in the Book of Abstracts.

Poster

Poster size should not exceed 120 cm height and 80 cm width. The poster must be removed at the end of each poster session.
