How to register

Registration should be made through the Congress web site. No other form of registration will be accepted.

Accompanying person If you are interested in registering an accompanying person, you must mark this option and then select the service that you want at the registration on line in “Other Services”. The services are lunch and/or Conference Dinner and/or Toledo Sightseeing Tour (Wednesday), and/or program social only for accompanying persons.

  1. Ph.D.-Students need to provide a certificate signed by the Director of their Institute or by the Dean of the Faculty. Please submit your certificate  either by FAX: to +34 976 28 07 40  or via email to icp2009@pacifico-meetings.com
  2. A discount of €15 is applied for EPA MEMBERS. Only valid for the registration fees. Submit a letter from the EPA confirming your membership (FAX: +34 976 28 07 40 or email to: icp2009@pacifico-meetings.com).

  • REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:
    • Senior, Ph. D. Students, EPA Member, Company/person: Congress Bag, Access to all Scientific and Poster Sessions, Access to the Exhibition Area, Congress Programme, Book of abstracts, Welcome Reception, Coffee breaks.
    Accompanying persons: the services that you choose and pay. The services are lunch and/or Conference Dinner and/or Toledo Sightseeing Tour (Wednesday), and/or program social only for accompanying persons.
  • REGISTRATION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Lunch, Banquet Dinner, Toledo Sightseeing Tour (Wednesday).

 

If you want to have LUNCH (first course, second course, dessert, water or red wine or white wine, coffee) on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at the Congress Venue (Hotel Beatriz), you must request and pay your tickets (18 € per lunch) at the time of your registration. No lunch tickets will be sold at the Congress Venue and no ticket refund will be possible.

The SOCIAL PROGRAM is not included in the registration fee. If you want to take the Social Program your request must be indicated on during the online registration process.

Payment

Payment of fees must accompany all registrations. No registrations will be confirmed until full payment is received.

Payments can be settled by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or bank transfer. Transfer should be made to the following account:

Please indicate your name and ICP2009 as concept of the bank transfer. Send by fax : (34) 932 387 488 the bank voucher of the transference. All the bank charges will be at the expense of the Participant.

FELLOWSHIPS (Students of the EU)
The Congress Organization will grant a certain number of fellowships to Ph.D.- students of the EU. Fellowships must be requested during the online registration. Student of an EU Country must send a certificate (or other legal document) to e-mail icp2009@pacifico-meetings.com or faxed to +34 976 28 07 40.

The number and quantity of the fellowships will depend on available financing. Information about grant requests will be available at the beginning of July in order to make it payable during the congress.

ACCOMMODATION
The Congress Organization has block-booked rooms in several hotels in Toledo at special rates and advises all participants to make their reservations as soon as possible to guarantee accommodation.

TRANSPORTATION

A bus service will be available that will pick up attendees at established points indicated on the map. There will be buses in the morning to take the participants to the Congress Venue and in the afternoon after all the activities to get to the established points. Clic here to see the BUS TIMETABLE
